General Information

Your Personal Information

To ensure we provide you with the best possible care, all new patients are required to complete a registration form before their first consultation. We kindly ask that you share your cultural background as part of this process. For existing patients, please notify our reception staff of any updates to your personal details, such as changes in contact information, Medicare details, address, or emergency contact, during your next visit.

We are deeply committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your health records. Your information and medical records are strictly private and will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Communication
Patients can contact their GP via phone or email during our opening hours. A message will be taken and passed on to your regular GP.
Home Visits
Home visits may be available for regular patients whose health conditions prevent them from attending the clinic, within a reasonable distance. Please contact us for more details. Home visits are provided at the discretion of the doctor.
Interpreter Service
To ensure clear communication during your consultation, we can arrange an interpreter through the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS). Let us know your preferred language, and we will assist you.
Results and Reminders

All test results, including pathology and radiology reports, as well as specialists’ letters, are thoroughly reviewed by our doctors. If your doctor requires an urgent consultation, you will be contacted promptly. Otherwise, we encourage you to make an appointment to discuss your results and plan follow-up care.

We use a reminder system for services such as cervical screening, immunisations, care plan reviews, and health assessments. We also participate in national and regional reminder systems. If you prefer not to participate in these, please inform your doctor or our team.

Electronic Communications
While electronic mail is monitored during practice hours, we recommend contacting us by phone for urgent matters or booking an appointment. For privacy reasons, we do not send or receive confidential information without your permission, such as results, via email. All communication becomes part of your health record and is handled accordingly.
After-Hours Arrangements
For after-hours medical support, you can contact the GP Assist helpline at 1800 022 222 for advice and assistance:
