We’ve made it easier for you to find out about home visit services by adding more information in our waiting room and on our website

2. Waiting times in the practice

We’re improving our scheduling and sending SMS updates to let you know about any delays.

3. Speaking to a Clinician on the Phone When Needed

We’re offering more telehealth consultations for non-urgent matters, so you can speak with a clinician more easily, reducing wait times.
